“Suffering can deprive us of life, but not of our dignity – if we choose how we relate to it.”
– Viktor E. Frankl

Welcome! I’m Viktória Kasó – a Logotherapy and Existential Analysis Counselor, Grief Specialist, and a Person-centered Counselor. At the heart of my vocation lies the belief that every person is capable of reconnecting with their inner resources – even in the most difficult moments of life.

I believe that loss, grief, inner emptiness, or the absence of meaning are not endpoints, but turning points. They awaken new questions – and with them, new possibilities. With the tools of logotherapy and existential analysis, I support those who come to me in connecting with the deeper layers of their lives: through meaningful action, relationships of love, and the potential for growth through suffering.

My work is grounded in presence, deep listening, and unconditional respect for human dignity. I do not offer ready-made answers – I walk alongside my clients as they discover their own truths, paths, and goals. I consider it essential that even in times of hardship, trauma, and crisis, we do not lose faith in our inherent human dignity. Alongside a person-centered approach (inspired by Carl Rogers), the spiritual dimension is also a key part of my work – whether it’s related to grief, life purpose, or processing inner emptiness.

Through my theological studies and professional training in logotherapy and counseling, I’ve committed myself to an approach where people can feel truly seen – and rediscover that their life has meaning, direction, and freedom of choice.

I am a member of the Hungarian Society for Logotherapy and Existential Analysis (MALTEA) and the Hungarian Person-Centered Psychotherapy and Counseling Association (MASZEPTE). I offer personal consultations in Budapest (District XII, near Mechwart liget), and I’m also available online.

If you feel you are in a difficult, transitional, or uncertain phase of life, I welcome you with warmth and openness. Our work together is not only about survival – it’s about inner transformation and the rediscovery of meaning.
